YOUNG LEAVES ENGLISH LITERARY ASSOCIATION 2023
The English literary wing of Sree Muthukumaraswamy College,
organized one day seminar “ENGLISH
LANGUAGE LEARNING AND INTERACTIVE PATTERNS : A CONTEMPORARY APPROACH” on for
the students with the twin aim of nurturing their creative talent as well for
their academic benefit who incidentally also have a paper on
Creative Writing as part of their Skill Enhancement
Course. The seminar was conducted by Dr.M.Vinoth Kumar, Vel Tech Institute of
Science and Technology in the research room on 20th March 2023.
Attended by students from across disciplines, the seminar began with prayer. Dr.S.Kasthuri Jyothi, the department head of English, delivered the welcome address. After that, our esteemed principal Capt. Dr. P. Arul Mozhi Chelvan delivered the speech. In order to prepare the students for their flamboyant futures, he also emphasised the value and usefulness of the English language and urged them to actively participate in various group discussions and seminars.
