Green and clean college 2023

The National Service Scheme, Rotaract Club, RRC, YRC & SMKC involves in various activities towards the “CLEAN CAMPUS MISSION”.  Students started the campaign from 09/01/2023 to 11/01/2023.

Our principal Capt.Dr.P.Arulmozhichelvan inaugurated the activity and instilled in us a sense of urgency and responsibility for maintaining our campus clean and tidy. Students and faculties at SMKC participate actively in Swachh Bharath initiatives, such as planting trees, spreading awareness of proper disposal of waste (both bio-degradable and non-bio-degradable) collecting rainwater, etc., to keep the campus clean.

We ensure the cleanliness of the surroundings as well as the classrooms, libraries and labs. Secondly, the team of volunteers (50+) went to the areas adjoin the college and did the cleaning. Enthusiasm and Joy were exuded by them as they went about cleaning the surroundings. Let’s maintain the green that God provided us pristine.
